Alban Kingsford Sumana Bagbin was then sworn in as the speaker of the 8th parliament of the fourth republic. Despite all these misunderstandings and bizarre moments that were witnessed in the first year of the 8th parliament, it is fair to say the various members of parliament ought to do better.
