Compiled by XIAO TONG, JAROD LIM and R. ARAVINTHANTHREE members of a family in Kelantan are supporting the vaccination programme by offering free rides for senior citizens to vaccination centres (PPVs), reported Utusan Malaysia. Ratna Salsabella Ismail, 31, alongside her brother Ahmad Firdaus, 37, and her sister-in-law Nur Badariah Mohd Din, 31, started the service three weeks ago. They offer free rides to seven or eight senior citizens each day, except Fridays, starting from 9am. Ratna Salsabella said they only allow one passenger in each trip to avoid the risk of transmission of the Covid-19 virus. He said after a friend informed him about the incident, he rushed to the site when the rain subsided.
