The Federal Government on Monday reiterated its commitment to ensure that all issues concerning civil servants’ salary harmonisation are resolved. She said equitable salary for workers was one of the major priorities of the President Bola Tinubu’s led administration. “I can assure you that we are working on the firm foundation that my immediate predecessor and the other former heads of civil service of the federation have laid. The HOCSF said upon assumption of office on Aug. 14, she underscored her commitment to sustain and fast-track the reforms outlined in the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan 2021 to 2025 (FCSSIP 25). Walson-Jack said the collaboration was initiated to improve civil servants’ access to affordable credit and enhance their welfare.
