RCD Espanyol players lined up with rescue dogs instead of mascots for their game against Mallorca. The club were raising awareness of their campaign, ‘Los pericos no abandonen!’, which translates to, ‘The parakeets don’t abandon! ', which helps abandoned dogs to find new homes.
