CAIRO – 15 July 2021: Minister of Defense and Military Production Mohamed Zaki, general commander of the Egyptian Armed Forces, attended Thursday the main stage of the Mobilization of Commanding Centers Project dubbed "Taymour 14." Taymour 14 is carried out by the Third Field Army – whose missions is to secure the eastern section of the country - within the annual training plan of the Egyptian Armed Forces, and lasting for several days. General Zaki pointed out that "Egypt is able to handle all local, regional, and international issues pertinent to the security and stability of the homeland." Similarly, Chief of Staff Mohamed Farid had attended one of the project's stages, which included displaying the missions assumed by each formation, coordination and organization measures, and the line-up of commanding centers.
