Duration is an award-winning brewery based in a former farm building in West Acre, near Swaffham, and its taproom sits in a barn on the same plot. The Times recently published an article highlighting the UK's top taprooms and Duration came in at number two. "With a large courtyard, grassed areas and nothing but fields and trees nearby, it’s the perfect taproom for summer - though the location is beautiful in winter too." The We Are Beers guide named Duration's 'Turtles All The Way Down' the 49th best beer of the year in 2024. In January 2025, 'Ebb and Flow' and 'Turtles All The Way Down' were celebrated as some of the best beers in Norfolk in a Campaign for Real Ale competition.
