Gartner, a technological research and consulting firm, predicted that total global government spending in information technology will reach $588.9bn in 2023, an increase of 6.8% over 2022. As government organizations continue their digital transformation journey, there are some practical pillars that must be put in place in order to enable fruitful collaborations.
