In a disturbing incident from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, a father identified as Ansar Ahmad Ansari, who works as a scrap dealer, has been accused of killing his five-month-old daughter by strangling her inside his auto-rickshaw on Wednesday, February 28. Ansari allegedly committed this act as he was discontented with having a girl child and desired a son instead. As per reports, the tragic event occurred when Ansar Ahmad Ansari was accompanying his wife to the hospital for her stomach pain check-up. After realizing what he had done, Ansar Ahmad Ansari attempted to revive his daughter by sprinkling water on her face, but his efforts were in vain. Upon interrogation, Pandey confessed to pushing his wife, who suffered from epilepsy, and his mentally ill daughter to their deaths.
