The request was forwarded to the cabinet at its weekly meeting on Tuesday. During the meeting, Natjaree Anuntasilpa, secretary-general to the cabinet, informed ministers of the agenda item concerning the proposed budget conversion. No further details of the request could be disclosed due to its confidential nature, Ms Natjaree told the cabinet. The cabinet subsequently acknowledged the request, with no ministers raising questions.
