He was born in Hartford Hospital on May 16, 1989 to Karen (Aitken) Spotts and Allan D. Spotts. Tim was a 2007 graduate of Cromwell High School. Along with his wife and parents, Tim is survived by his maternal grandmother Eileen Aitken of Newington, CT, his Aunt and Godmother, Joanie Aitken, of Raleigh, NC, Godfather Mark Russak of Berlin, CT, parents-in-law Norman and Brenda Rossignol of Portland CT, sister and brother-in-law Robyn Rossignol and Ryan Ducki of Middletown, CT. Tim also leaves his best friend since the age of 4 months, Aaron Saunders of Middletown. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 25 at 6:00 pm at the Cromwell Funeral Home, 506 Main Street, Cromwell.
