PETALING JAYA: PETALING JAYA: A total of 20,053,472 people (or 85.7% of Malaysia's adult population) have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 vaccine as of Wednesday (Sept 29), says the Special Committee on Covid-19 Vaccine Supply (JKJAV). In a series of tweets Thursday (Sept 30), JKJAV also said that 94.1% of the adult population (or 22,017,043 individuals) had received at least one dose of a two-dose Covid-19 vaccine. It added that a total of 338,661 Covid-19 vaccine doses were administered throughout Malaysia on Wednesday. Of this total, 190,559 people received their first dose of a two-dose Covid-19 vaccine, while 140,062 people completed their vaccinations. Johor led the way in completed vaccinations with 26,576 getting their second dose of a two-dose Covid-19 vaccine or a jab with a single dose vaccine.
