Deloris Ann West, age 90, of Tazewell, Virginia, drew her first breath in heaven on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at her home following a lengthy illness. Deloris was born November 23, 1933, in Glen Daniels, West Virginia, and was the daughter of the late John Dawson and Anne Brown Dawson.
