The National People’s Congress of China, through Hon. Zhao Leji, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the 20th CPC Central Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People’s Congress has sent a note of congratulations to the Speaker of the 55th legislature Cllr.
