The 15-second video shows a female worker throwing multiple checked-in bags down the stairs, causing some bags to tumble and pile up. Some empathized with the workload of the female staff member, while others suggested that luggage is designed to be thrown around. Cathay has confirmed that an employee of its ground handling service contractor was involved in the incident. The female worker was immediately transferred out of her position, pending further investigation.
