Jemal Beker Abdula, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in Islamic Republic of Pakistan, for his remarkable efforts to cultivate strong bilateral relations between Ethiopia and Pakistan.
