Brad Bradford pitches his vision for Toronto on Metro Morning

Bradford, the current councillor for Beaches–East York, said he would be a mayor of action and chalked up many of the city's problems to political inertia. Bradford has promised to keep property tax increases at or below the rate of inflation and tackle gridlock. But he told Metro Morning he has no such plan.
