Members of Benghazi Chamber of Commerce will be participating in this year’s Offshore Technology Conference (OTC 2024) in Houston, Texas, USA being held from 9 to 6 May. Benghazi Chamber said its OTC participation is in cooperation with the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) Libya.
