The accusations include rape causing physical harm, trafficking humans, and managing prostitution to make money. His brother Tristan Tate, who is 36, is charged with 10 offenses. In the meantime, UK prosecution remains pending on the outcome of the Romanian investigation.The Tate brothers were arrested in Romania at the end of 2022 and formally charged there in 2023 with allegedly running an organized crime group that recruited women for sexual exploitation. Romanian authorities have charged Andrew Tate with rape in the same ongoing criminal case.Andrew Tate, the former kickboxer and now-internet-pundit, became infamous for his online provocateurs and misogynistic views about gender roles and masculinity.
