Aldi noted that it has closed its acquisition of Southeastern Grocers and its Winn-Dixie and Harveys banners. Adjusted FIFO operating profit of $1,307mln and Adjusted EPS of $1.34, which include a benefit of $187mln and $0.20 from the 53rd week, respectively. The Berlin-based company had been aiming for €10bln in revenues and €1bln in adjusted core profit (AEBITDA) in 2025.
