Air Liquide completes sale of Africa activities to Adenia PartnersAir Liquide has closed the sale of some of its African activities across 12 countries to Adenia Partners. Air Liquide has around 1,600 employees in Africa and has invested around €700m in the region over the last three years. The agreement marked the fourth power purchase agreement signed by Air Liquide and Sasol and will see the supply of an additional capacity of 110MW of renewable power.
