Parents, coaches and other adults overseeing what’s happening to youth sports — it’s time for a long overdue conversation. They’re not working hard enough, they’re not dedicated enough — they’re not this, they’re not that. Kids are waiting for the adults to redraw the line on what youth sports are meant to be for them.
