In a 24-hour period, 1 to 10mm is considered light rainfall, 11 to 22mm is moderate, 23 to 43mm is moderately heavy, 44 to 88mm is heavy, and anything above 88mm is recorded as very heavy rainfall. Moderate to heavy rainfall is likely in this basin over the next three days. Some areas across the country may also see moderately heavy to very heavy rainfall during this period. In the last 24 hours leading up to 3pm Friday, the highest recorded rainfall in the country was 75mm in Kutubdia.
