डिजिटल डेस्क,जबलपुर। इलाज के दौरान बीमा कंपनी में सारे दस्तावेज जमा करने के बाद कैशलेस का दावा बीमित करते हैं पर उन्हें बीमा कंपनी किसी भी तरह की मदद नहीं करती। ऐसी ही शिकायत लखनऊ उत्तर प्रदेश निवासी विजय चौहान ने की है। उन्होंने निवाबूपा हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस कंपनी से स्वास्थ्य बीमा कराया हुआ है। बीमार होने पर निजी कंपनी में इलाज के लिए भर्ती होना पड़ा था। कंपनी को कैशलेस के लिए मेल किया, तो बीमा अधिकारियों ने बिना कारण बताए इसे रिजेक्ट कर दिया।बीमित ने सारे दस्तावेज दिए पर जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों ने एक नहीं सुनी। पीड़ित को अपने खर्च पर पूरा इलाज कराना पड़ा। इलाज के बाद बीमा कंपनी में अस्पताल से मिले बिलों को बीमा कंपनी में सबमिट किया गया, तो बीमा अधिकारियों ने क्लेम नंबर क्रमांक 2780358 जनरेट करते हुए जल्द भुगतान का दावा किया था, पर उन्हें आज तक इलाज का भुगतान प्राप्त नहीं हो सका। पीड़ित का आरोप है कि उनके साथ गोलमाल किया जा रहा और सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है। कंपनी प्रवक्ता से संपर्क करने का प्रयास किया गया पर संपर्क नहीं हो सका।इन नंबरों पर बीमा से संबंधित समस्या बताएंस्वास्थ्य बीमा से संबंधित किसी भी तरह की समस्या आपके साथ भी है तो आप दैनिक भास्कर मोबाइल नंबर - 9425324184, 9425357204 पर बात करके प्रमाण सहित अपनी बात दोपहर 2 बजे से शाम 7 बजे तक रख सकते हैं।

The CBI has filed an appeal in the Delhi High Court, challenging a special court's order discharging former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia and others in the liquor-policy case, officials said on Friday. Sources said the federal agency has flagged several points that were ignored and not considered at the framing-of-the-charge level by the special court. The special court on Friday discharged Kejriwal, Sisodia and 21 others in the liquor-policy case by refusing to take cognisance of the CBI chargesheet against them. Among the 21 people given a clean chit in the case is Telangana Jagruthi president K Kavitha. Special Judge Jitendra Singh rapped the CBI for lapses in the investigation, saying there was no cogent evidence against Kejriwal and no prima-facie case against Sisodia and the other accused.

जागरण संवाददाता, कानपुर। साल भर में मधुरम स्वीट्स प्रतिष्ठान ने जितनी चीनी खरीदी उसके सापेक्ष मिठाई कम बनाकर बेची। राज्य जीएसटी टीम ने आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलीजेंस (एआइ) के टूल (को-पायलट) की मदद से बिलों में धांधली का मामला उजागर किया है। चीनी और मिठाई बनाने की औसत सापेक्षता के साथ ही बिक्री के अन्य रिकार्ड में भी हेराफेरी पाई गई।10 करोड़ रुपये की अनुमानित टैक्स चोरी सामने आई है। विभाग ने मधुरम स्वीट्स के खिलाफ कर चोरी का मामला दर्ज किया है। राज्य जीएसटी के अपर आयुक्त कुमार आनन्द ने गुरुवार को बताया कि एआइ टूल की मदद से अन्य मामलों की भी पड़ताल कराई जा रही है।कुमार आनन्द के अनुसार, पिछले तीन साल की खरीद-बिक्री के आंकड़ों का विश्लेषण करने पर देखा गया कि कारोबारी ने चीनी की खरीद तो खूब की है, लेकिन चीनी से तैयार मिठाई को बेचने में कमी की और तैयार माल के अनुरूप टैक्स भी नहीं चुकाया। इसी आधार पर उपायुक्त विनय कुमार गौतम के साथ बुधवार को संबंधित प्रतिष्ठान की जांच की गई।जांच में पाया गया कि मधुरम स्वीट्स द्वारा विभिन्न प्रकार की मिठाइयों, चाट, समोसा, लस्सी आदि खाद्य पदार्थों के निर्माण एवं बिक्री के साथ-साथ कुछ खाद्य वस्तुओं नमकीन, चाकलेट का कार्य करने के दौरान वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24, 2024-25 एवं 2025-26 में बहुत कम टैक्स घोषित किया गया। दुकान पर ग्राहकों से पता चला कि बेचे गए माल की रसीद भी नहीं दी जाती।
