Blinne Ní Ghrálaigh, an adviser to South Africa’s legal team, said the international community had failed Palestinians despite 'dehumanising, genocidal rhetoric' by Israeli governmental officials, praising South Africa for initiating proceedings against Israel at the international court of justice.
