KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 1): Sedania Innovator Bhd has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Matrix Energy Sdn Bhd (MESB) for the provision of green technology solutions through its wholly-owned subsidiary IDOTTV Sdn Bhd. In the filling to Bursa Malaysia, IDOTTV and MESB shall collaborate to provide green technology solutions for 100 sites located in MESB's client. IDOTTV shall be responsible for procuring green technology solutions at its own costs and expenses, as well as project manage and install the solutions at pre-determined sites, read the filing. MESB shall provide a minimum monthly revenue guarantee of RM1,400 per site. MESB is a certified Malaysian Energy Services Company (ESCo) registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga, specialising in energy management, including energy audits and evaluation of cost savings, green technology system integrator and energy performance contracting specialist.
