Boxing firm MTK Global has announced a partnership with a Middle East sports company whose special adviser is crime boss Daniel Kinahan. Its association with KHK Sports - backed by the Bahrain Royal family - comes after several efforts by MTK to distance itself from Kinahan. In recent years, MTK has been attempting to remove itself from Kinahan and only last week CEO Sandra Vaughan said Kinahan "hasn't got anything to do with MTK Global". However, the boxing management company has now announced that it is partnering with KHK Sports, which last week announced Kinahan as its special adviser. In a statement, MTK Global said the partnership would "bring the biggest fights to the Middle East" along with broadcasters ESPN, BT Sport and Sky Sports.
