Lady Gaga and advocacy organization Global Citizen announced on Monday that a group of philanthropists has raised $35 million US to help fight the COVID-19 pandemic. "We are all so very grateful to all of the health care professionals across the country and around the world who are on the front lines during COVID-19." With the leadership of Global Citizen, Gaga said, the $35 million US was raised in seven days from dozens of corporate leaders and philanthropists around the world.
