OTTAWA — Jean-Gabriel Pageau thought he ate too much before he went to the rink Saturday afternoon. The Senators rebounded from three two-goal deficits to forge a 2-0 series lead in front of 18,679 screaming fans. Pageau sent the crowd into hysterics when he scored at 2:54 of the fifth period to give the Senators a 2-0 series lead for the first time since 2007. Earlier, he had helped the club erase a 5-3 deficit with tip-in goals at 16:41 and 18:58 of the third period. If he can’t suit up Tuesday night in New York then expect winger Tom Pyatt to return to the lineup.
