Charles Ng Kwok-choi, the associate director-general of Invest Hong Kong expects the StartmeupHK Festival next month to attract over 17,000 participants, in line with the number last year. The start-up and innovation conference will be held from February 10-15, featuring over 300 speakers from 54 countries and regions. Ng said over 9,000 foreign companies set up Hong Kong offices last year, a record high.
