An electronic monitoring bracelet has been dumped on the property of the National Party's courts spokesman, Chris Penk. Penk's wife Kim Choe, a Newshub journalist who formerly worked for Stuff, found the illegally removed and discarded bracelet in a hedge bordering the couple's Auckland home.
