With an area of 70,000 square meters, Waves Beach Club and Residences is being developed as a premium Malibu-inspired resort complete with a lifestyle, commercial, and residential hub located on the beachfront of Northern Luzon’s surfing capital. The project is slated to open by the first quarter of 2019.
