Cord leaders have been urged not to hold a parallel Madaraka Day celebrations at Uhuru Park, Nairobi, on Wednesday. Speaking to the Star on the phone, Kericho county URP co-ordinator Nelson Koech yesterday said instead, the opposition leaders should join President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto for the celebrations in Nakuru.
