They have identified the victim as 30-year-old Bokul Hossain, an autorickshaw driver who lived with his family in Kalampur. Police recovered the body on Monday morning from under a bridge in Kalampur along the Dhaka-Aricha highway after reports from locals, said Dhamrai Police Inspector Zakaria Hossain. “His hands and legs were tied. It seems the attackers beat him, strangled him and fled with the autorickshaw,” he said. The body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
