In Comilla, two people were killed and 10 others injured as an Ena Paribahan bus crashed into the rear of a covered van in Dhaka-Chittagong highway. Confirming the matter to Dhaka Tribune, Mia Bazar highway police outpost in-charge AKM Sharfuddin said the covered van driver and the supervisor of the Ena Paribahan bus died on the spot. In Cox's Bazar, four people have been killed and 14 others injured in a road accident in Chakaria upazila. The accident occurred as a bus plummeted into a road-side ditch near the Baniarchhara area of Chittagong-Cox’s Bazar highway around 10:30pm on Friday.
