FLIGHT attendants have revealed an incredibly creepy thing that some passengers do - and they really want them to stop. Instead of coming across romantic, flight attendants see it as menacing and would rather passengers just left them alone. It's not the only creepy thing that passengers do to wind up flight attendants. Teri O'Toole, federal secretary of the Flight Attendants' Association of Australia, says that this is not something passengers should ever be doing. Meanwhile, a passenger was prevented from getting off a plane by flight attendants after taking pictures on a flight this year.

Residents of New Zealand’s biggest city were urged on Sunday to prepare for the impact of a storm that buffeted Australia’s Norfolk Island overnight. Gabrielle, downgraded to a sub-tropical low pressure system from a Category 2 cyclone, passed over Norfolk Island, its “most destructive winds” missing the island, the Australian outpost’s emergency management authority said. New Zealand Prime Minister Chris Hipkins is briefed ahead of Cyclone Gabrielle’s arrival at Waka Kotahi Auckland Transport on Sunday. Last month the largest city, Auckland, was hit by record rainfall that sparked floods and killed four people.

This week on Factum-Agri farmer Sara Black joined me to discuss how the summer season is going and what the big issues are for farmers currently. 4,000 Corriedale ewes and 400 Angus breeding cows are farmed between Marble Point and their 70ha block down the road. All of that when you look around is sequestering carbon, but it doesn't meet the criteria of the ETS. Which seems crazy when sheep and beef farmers have one of the lowest carbon footprints in the world. We have to recognise and calculate all on-farm sequestration, because unless this is counted there can’t be a net emission profile.

But behind the smiles he showcased and ignited by way of TV's Hogan's Heroes, Bob Crane, who died tragically in 1978, also shed and caused a lot of tears. Robert Crane, the actor's son, told EW that his father's dressing room was stashed with hidden Polaroids, negatives, and X-rated movies. Clary, who died at 96 in November 2022, told Rice that Hogan's Heroes was "well-written, well-directed, and well-acted. "There were no drugs, no coercion, none of that," his son Robert told Rice. About 150 mourners attended the funeral at St. Paul the Apostle Church in Westwood, Calif., including Patty Duke, John Astin, Carroll O'Connor, and Crane's Heroes castmates.

MetService upgraded 19 severe weather warnings and watches on Sunday morning, issuing red warnings for both heavy rain and strong winds for Auckland and Coromandel. Red heavy rain warnings are in place for Northland and Gisborne, while orange warnings for heavy rain and strong winds are active for most other regions across the North Island. Goodhue-Wikitera said strong wind and rain had started in Ahipara, near Kaitaia, just before 9pm on Saturday. “Our advice to people in all areas affected by the predicted heavy rain and strong winds is to avoid any non-urgent travel,” Waka Kotahi’s Mark Owens said. “Heavy rain and severe winds are likely to hit Northland, Auckland, Coromandel, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne and Hawke’s Bay,” Waka Kotahi said.

He is an incredibly decent human being and we are very lucky to have him as a Minister for Auckland. That is on Trevor Mallard, the right wing fear grifters and the middle class woke who demanded the military intervene. His tears over dumping the hate speech laws we on the Left could never win are delicious. Serj and his activism has always made SOAD on par with RATM as the best political punk rock music. Much of this was spent on the “Big Four” management consultants: Deloitte, KPMG, Ernst and Young (EY) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). So, although many of Labour’s reform proposals have failed, they have been a real winner for the business consultants employed on them. And what does it mean for our political system to be so strongly dominated by private sector management consultants? The “bonfire of policy” occurring at the moment is a good time to examine the dominance of business consultants in government. Some say the public service has become bloated, and others that it has been hollowed-out by the entry of management consultants.

What is fascinating about the Roy Morgan Poll is its consistency in 4 things, high Māori Party vote, high NZ First vote, high Green vote and a high ACT vote. Roy Morgan seem to have captured a large group of voters who have made up their mind beyond the big two. It’s a fascinating dynamic that could see a full MMP spectrum result with NZF over the 5% threshold and the Māori Party bringing in a huge amount of new MPs including new electorate wins. The most important political event over Waitangi Weekend didn’t even happen at Waitangi and the mainstream media utterly missed it.
