Perenara determined to return to Super Rugby this year after injuryPerenara determined to return to Super Rugby this year after injury[Image: stuff.co.nz]All Blacks and Hurricanes halfback, TJ Perenara is confident and determined to make a return to Super Rugby later in the season after he suffered an injury during the All Blacks end of the year tour last year. The 80-test halfback ruptured his Achilles in the All Blacks’ 25-all dramatic draw with England last year which could rule him out for most, if not all, of the upcoming 2023 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific competition. Perenara says he is doing everything he can to get back to playing for Hurricanes before the season ends this year, so he can push for a World Cup selection. Meanwhile, the Hurricanes wrapped up their pre-season trial match with a 31-26 win over the Crusaders last night. The Hurricanes kick off their Super Rugby campaign against Reds at 8.45pm in Brisbane next Saturday.

Split or Blended Families Harmed by Netflix's New Account Sharing 'Primary Location' RestrictionThis month, Netflix imposed a new account-sharing policy, dubbed the "primary location" restriction, that caught the attention of users affected by family separation or "split" families. This incident rings true for other users of split families like Marcus Kapz, who says that the new policy is "incredibly discriminatory." When asked to comment on how the new policy would affect split families, Netflix New Zealand recommended the "traveling solution" for non-TV devices. This suggestion does nothing to solve the financial burden shared by users affected by split families. The issue of Netflix's new restrictions on account sharing has caused concern amongst those living in split families who now have to pay double the cost to ensure both families have access to the streaming service.
