Second scenario is that the Supreme Court manages to ensure elections in Punjab and K-P provinces despite strong opposition by the 13-party coalition government. Will this lead to any semblance of political stability? With a fresh mandate in Punjab, PTI would make life difficult for the government at the Centre. But in the current situation without any understanding between the stakeholders, elections in Pakistan are unlikely to bring any stability.
