The head of Britain’s armed forces has visited China to hold talks on security in an “unstable world” in the first trip by a chief of defence staff in a decade. Admiral Sir Tony Radakin discussed “strengthening military co-operation”, Beijing said. He gave an unprecedented speech to future Chinese military commanders at the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) National Defence University in Beijing on Wednesday.
