Harvey initially walked into Mr McMahon when he was told to leave the bus by the driver due to an earlier incident with a man. Mr McMahon - who tried to play peacemaker - then fell to the ground when Harvey struck him. Harvey pleaded guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court to his latest offence of assaulting Mr McMahon to his severe injury and permanent disfigurement.
