CAIRO-30 January 2022: Mohamed Salah scored and provided an assist to lead Egypt to defeat Morocco 2-1 and secure a place in the semi-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations. Egypt will face the hosts Cameroon on Thursday 3 February at Olembe Stadium in Yaounde. The Pharaohs were 1-0 behind after only seven minutes as Sofiane Boufal broke the deadlock from the spot. In the early minutes of the second half Salah equalized the score after converting a rebound from a close range. Egypt have to challenge the host nation for a place in the competition's final.
