YEN.com.gh is gathering that medical officers at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) are currently finding the exact name for the disease found in the bodies of students who recently died. A senior pathologist at KATH, Dr Osei Sampene, has revealed on Nyira FM that "all bodies of students from Kumasi Academy showed signs of a strange disease which could also be one of its kind in Ghana". Meanwhile vaccines are currently being administered to all students to protect them against possible viral or bacterial infections. Earlier, two students who were rushed to the hospital after they complained of “fever-like conditions” at the school’s clinic died last Friday.
