RITA OKONOBOH provides excerpts of an interaction with the Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Ibadan, Most Reverend Gabriel ‘Leke Abegunrin. It’s been more than two years since that time, and Nigeria is still experiencing challenges. He has a vision and that is, if he can ‘kill’ corruption, things will work. It’s good to protest, but sometimes, hoodlums hijack it and it becomes an avenue for looting shops and other illegal activities. For 2018, I would say, to expect any good at all, let us speak up and pray.
