The victories arranged an intriguing semis showdown between San Beda and Adamson at 4 p.m. Thursday. Lyceum of the Philippines University, the NCAA runner-up in the last two seasons, downed Centro Escolar U, 75-68, and La Salle smashed Letran, 80-69, to forge their own semis duel at 2 p.m.Alvin Baetiong and Raymar Caduyac came through for the Pirates with the former ending up with 13 points and five caroms and the latter 10 points, three assists and two rebounds.
