The government is working towards installing sewage treatment plants (STP) across the state, CM Devendra Fadnavis, told officials from Scania Group, which is working on a biogas plant in Nagpur, in Sweden on Wednesday. Fadnavis, who is on two-day visit to the country to participate in Make In India conclave, met Mathias Carlbaum, senior vice-president, Scania Group at Stockholm. Scania is a leading Swedish automotive industry manufacturer of commercial vehicles. The Group expressed their desire to provide biogas solutions to more cities in Maharashtra. Hakan Buskhe, president and CEO of the firm, promised to work closely in Maharashtra.
