Upon assumption of office as Municipal Chief Executive, Godwin Edudzi Effah, realized among others, the need to quickly establish a fire station to serve the Keta Municipality. Mr Effah, thereafter, announced the immediate start of renovation works to fit the facility for use as the Keta Municipality's fire station. Owing to this, there is the need that Keta Municipal Assembly gets its own fire station. But as to when we shall resume work here, it is left to the Assembly to finish with the renovation work quickly.”
