KLUANG: A 24-year-old man, who was allegedly having an affair with a married woman, was badly injured after being ambushed by seven people, believed to be his in-laws. The man, who took his married mistress out on a supper date with his father and her toddler in tow, was badly beaten up by six men and a woman. It is believed that his in-laws had ganged up on him and attacked him with a baton. Kluang district police chief ACP Mohamad Laham said that the victim’s 54-year-old father and the woman’s toddler were also injured in the ruckus. “The in-laws of the victim were apparently enraged when they found out that he was having an affair with the woman, who is believed to be married and in the process of getting a divorce,”.
