ASSOCIATED PRESS Wisconsin state Senate President Scott Fitzgerald (left), Gov. Scott Walker (center) and Assembly Speaker Robin Vos -- all Republicans -- have led an effort to rein in the powers of statewide offices that Democrats won from the GOP in November.
