Immigration’s FSU agents arrest Chinese, Indian fugitives


The Bureau of Immigration ordered the deportation of two fugitive foreigners arrested in separate operations by the agency’s intelligence operatives. ​The two foreigners, identified as Pan Guisheng, a Chinese and Reddy Koyanna Venugopal Krishna, an Indian, were arrested by members of the bureau’s fugitive search unit in Caloocan City. ​The 73-year-old Pan was arrested inside the Jade Tower Condominium along 2nd Avenue, Caloocan City. Morente said Pan will be deported for posing risk to public safety and security due to his being a fugitive. He added that the Chinese national is an undocumented alien as his passport was already canceled by the Chinese government.
