Embattled Bureau of Customs (BOC) Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon skipped Tuesday’s Senate hearing, in connection with the P6.4-billion shabu shipment, barely a day after President Rodrigo Duterte accepted his courtesy resignation. At a late press conference on Monday, the President announced that he will replace Faeldon, who sought to be replaced thrice at the BOC.
