Many children enjoyed posing for photos with cardboard cutouts of Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha, also known as “Uncle Tu” to children. Life-size cutouts of Prayut were put up at several corners in the Government House compound for visiting children to take photos with. Apart from the prime minister’s cardboard cutouts, several people were dressed as super heroes for children to take their photos with. The tent of the Royal Thai Navy provided a boat simulation for children to try to commandeer a Navy ship. At the Thai PBS tent, children could try reading news like a news anchor.
